What to Bring/Wear to Class

Barre: Wear comfortable yoga style clothing that allows you to move freely. Many like the crop or 3/4 length so that the pants do not tuck under their heels during class. If you have sticky socks, please wear them and be surprised at how much they add to your workout! There are also a variety of socks and sockettes available at the STUDIO. Bring a water bottle too but don't forget to take it away with you at the end of class.

Bellyfit & Zumba: Clean indoor running shoes are a neccessity. If you insist on wearing the outdoor shoes to class then please ensure they are completely free of dirt and small pebbles before entering the STUDIO, thank you. Wear something that makes you feel good about yourself.

Athletic Stretch, Pilates, & Yogalates: No footwear is recommended. Shorts that do not allow you to hug your knees to your chest will hinder you from moving well. Keep in mind that if your shorts are too loose and baggy, you may embarass your classmates :o
